There are four units in the mechanical room. Two units are 6 ton and the third unit is a 2 1/2 ton. There is a unit located in the ceiling that supplies the atrium and it’s 3/4 of a ton. All of the heat pumps and condenser water piping needs to be upgraded.

froze the sprinkler system in the boiler plant. We hope the heating coils aren’t damage. The boilers and piping are another story.
